- Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with 2 years of experience in PL/SQL, Query Builder, and hands-on expertise in Oracle Database to join our hospital's IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing frameworks and creating customized reports to support hospital operations and enhance data management processes. Key Responsibilities Framework Design: Develop and maintain a scalable and efficient reporting framework for hospital data management Custom Report Creation: Collaborate with various hospital departments (finance, clinical, operations) to design and develop customized reports based on specific requirements Database Management: Manage and optimize Oracle database operations, ensuring the integrity and security of hospital data Query Development: Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and present data from the hospitals Oracle-based systems Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to provide actionable insights through reports, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of data for decision-making Performance Tuning: Identify areas of improvement in database performance and implement necessary changes to optimize query execution times Collaboration: Work closely with the hospitals IT team and other departments to gather requirements and provide technical solutions related to data and reports Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all systems, reports, queries, and frameworks for future reference and audit purposes Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for database issues, resolving them in a timely manner to ensure smooth hospital operations Skills And Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development, query building, and working with Oracle Database Database Expertise: Proficient in designing and optimizing database queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views Query Builder: Hands-on experience with tools that assist in building SQL queries, and the ability to design customized reports Knowledge of Healthcare Systems: Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) or healthcare data is a plus but not mandatory Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling large datasets and generating insights Attention to Detail: Precision in writing queries and reports, with a focus on accuracy and data quality Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, understanding their data needs, and translating those into technical solutions Educational Qualification BTech, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field About Asian Heart Institute Asian Heart Institute is India's #1 cardiac hospital dedicated to incorporating the latest technological advances and ethical practices to provide quality heart care at reasonable costs.
