Mobile No : Prashant -hidden_mobile Job Description Team Leader (Tele Calling) Female only Position: Team Leader Tele Calling Location: Ahmedabad - Panchvati Experience: 3 to 5 years in Telecalling, preferably in insurance renewal/customer service Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of tele-callers focused on insurance renewals. Develop and implement calling strategies to maximize customer retention. Train, mentor, and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns regarding policy renewals. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of information. Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to enhance client experience. Prepare and present reports on team performance and renewal conversions. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
