As part of our dynamic and collaborative team, we are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee who is eager to learn, analyze business processes, and contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities: Customer & Business Understanding: Assist in understanding customer needs and business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements. Help analyze trends and insights to improve products and services. Analysis & Documentation: Participate in discovery and scoping sessions to define business objectives. Assist in creating detailed business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and process flows. Support the creation of test cases and acceptance criteria to ensure business needs are met. Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and QA, to ensure seamless execution. Help in tracking project deliverables and communicating progress to stakeholders. Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Recent graduate (BBA, MBA, or related field) or pursuing a degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and tools like Excel, JIRA, or SQL is a plus. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is preferred. Desirable Skills: Interest in financial services, SaaS, or tech-driven industries. Exposure to project management or process optimization tools.
