Job Responsibilities: Responsible for demand analysis, market research, product solution design, and implementation of insurance industry-related products, ensuring that products meet the business needs and compliance standards of the insurance industry. Collaborate closely with multiple departments, including business, technology, R&D, and testing teams, to coordinate resources and progress, resolve issues in the project, and ensure on-time and quality product development. Monitor the product development process to ensure that product design, functionality, and quality standards align, and drive the delivery and implementation of product requirements. Utilize data analysis tools specific to the insurance industry to monitor and iterate growth strategy performance, continuously optimizing user acquisition, retention, and engagement, driving ongoing product growth. Follow up on user feedback after product launch, analyze issues, and drive resolutions to improve user experience. Coordinate communication with relevant vendors, and be flexible to handle time zone differences to ensure smooth collaboration in the supply chain. Develop product development plans in compliance with insurance industry regulations, ensuring that products adhere to industry laws and security standards. Job Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a product manager in the insurance industry, particularly in insurance CRM system development, trading strategies, or financial market analysis. Familiarity with financial products related to insurance (e.g., insurance investment products, policy management systems, etc.). Project management experience, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) to effectively plan, track, and manage project progress. Strong business understanding, capable of quickly grasping insurance business needs and translating them into actionable product plans. Good technical understanding, able to collaborate with the R&D team to drive technical implementation, and understand system architecture and development processes. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of monitoring and analyzing data to propose and optimize product growth strategies, enhancing user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-concurrency, and multitasking work environment, with efficient time management and cross-department coordination skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to drive cross-department cooperation, coordinate resources, and ensure the successful implementation of the product. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with international teams and vendors. Bonus Points: Experience as a product manager in insurance CRM systems, claims systems, or digital transformation. Familiarity with the compliance requirements of the insurance industry, with the ability to drive the design and delivery of compliant products. Experience in SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or cross-platform product development is preferred.,
