- Position: Executive - Senior Executive - Performance Marketing Qualification Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related field Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Performance Marketing candidate to manage and optimize Lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to drive revenue, lead generation, and overall growth. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing best practices. Skills & Qualification 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across META & Google, advantage to the applicants from in Ed-tech industry. Created high business impact and worked in high growth b2c start-ups in growth marketing, preferably in user growth functions. Highly data driven and analytically very strong Should have a working knowledge of Zoho Landing Pages Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and advance knowledge of Excel Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and find new channels relevant to Education Administration Programs. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns, display ads, and paid social campaigns to achieve ROI goals. Develop media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets. Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Monitor, track, and report on campaign KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and overall ROI. Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign performance. Collaborate monthly with sales leaders to take input on current campaigns and be on-top of requirements which could come in for the digital team.,
