Executive/ Senior Executive for Sea Import CHA @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive Sea Import Clearance to join a leading Logistic company with a PAN-India presence and a global network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, ensuring timely filing of Bills of Entry (BOE), handling documentation, and liaising with shipping lines, forwarders, and transporters. Job Responsibilities: Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate identification of HSN codes, timely BOE filing to avoid penalties, and seamless coordination with the documentation and operations team for clearance activities. Shipment Handling & Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, and transporters to execute shipments efficiently, coordinate with the Delivery Order (DO) team for timely release of DOs, and update the Daily Status Report (DSR) for ongoing shipments. Billing & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely post-clearance billing with support from the billing team, prepare and present Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) reports, and create PowerPoint presentations for customers. Transport & Logistics Coordination: Manage transporter rates and vehicle arrangements, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries while maintaining strong relationships with service providers. Job Requirements: Experience: 10-12 years in CHA-Imports customer coordination. Skills: Strong knowledge of import clearance procedures, shipping documentation and customs regulations. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HSN codes, BOE filing, and DSR updates. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client coordination.
