    We are a confidential entity venturing into the alternative legal service provider (ALSP) space, specializing in innovative legal solutions that leverage technology and process excellence. Our focus is on delivering cost-effective, high-quality legal services that drive efficiency and value for our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals. Identify and target law firms, corporate legal departments, and other potential partners. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand and meet client needs through tailored solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction. 3. New Business Development Identify new business opportunities, including expanding service lines and markets. Lead the development of proposals and pitches to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns. 4. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations. 5. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with legal, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and market position. Participate in industry events to promote the ALSP business. 6. Reporting & Analysis Track and report on business development metrics and progress. Provide regular updates to the executive team. Analyze client feedback and sales data to drive growth. Criteria: Knowledge: This senior leadership role will drive the setup, growth, and expansion of the ALSP business, focusing on developing and executing the companys business development strategy, building key relationships, and identifying new opportunities. Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Law (essential); MBA or advanced degree (desirable). Skills & Experience: Minimum of 12 years in business development, sales, or related roles in legal services or professional services. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth. Strong knowledge of legal services market trends, especially in the ALSP space. Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams. Communications: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. Liaise with peers and subordinates to ensure business objectives are met. Problem Solving: Effectively troubleshoot roadblocks and resolve issues with internal/external stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Manage business pipeline and ensure successful customer interactions. Track performance through regular management information systems (MIS).,
