Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our team remotely. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates or those with limited professional experience who are looking to develop their analytical skills in a practical, hands-on setting. As a trainee, you will work closely with senior business analysts to gain valuable insights into business processes, data analysis, and decision-making frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering business data, compiling reports, and analyzing trends to help drive decision-making. Documentation: Support the documentation of business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Business Process Mapping: Learn how to identify and document current business processes, and assist in mapping out optimized processes. Stakeholder Communication: Help coordinate communication between stakeholders, facilitating clear and efficient discussions on project goals and objectives. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to support business strategies. Testing Support: Assist in preparing and executing testing plans for business systems and process changes. Reporting: Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to track project progress, performance, and insights. Requirements A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field (or in the process of completing a degree). Strong interest in business analysis, process improvement, and data analytics. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote setting. Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but a plus): Exposure to Business Analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
