- Skills: Large Language Models (LLM), Langchain, Contextual Similarity Searching, Contextual Text Embedding, RAG, Babulal Pancholi, Knowledge of vectordb, Prompt engineering, Title: CTO - Level Role - AI and LLM Expert (Contract to Hire) Salary : USD 50 - 70K Location: Remote For this role, we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in AI and LLM Expert. There are high possibilities of converting this role to full-time CTO level. Responsibilities Lead and own all technical aspects of LLM, Machine Learning, and Software Development projects. Demonstrate a strong history as a data architect, showcasing expertise in data modeling, data quality assessment, gap analysis, process review, and improvement. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and fulfillment teams to understand and influence the product vision and requirements. Serve as a thought leader and strategy driver for the company in collaboration with the CEO. Translate strategic objectives into an achievable roadmap and action plan. Assess the specific skills and qualities needed for a high-performing engineering team. Lead by example, actively participating in the development process, including writing and reviewing production-level code as needed. Recruit and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship and fostering growth. Champion inclusive values and serve as a source of mentorship and growth. Manage and execute project plans and delivery commitments. Ensure data security, integrity, and the overall health of systems, including network and server infrastructure. Define and enforce essential procedures and contribute to setting standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline Excellent communication skills, consistently demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication both internally and externally. Strong strategic and business mindset 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including expertise in AI, ML, and LLM 5+ years of team management experience, including managing global technology teams. Strong problem-solving aptitude. Excellent organizational and leadership skills Experience with healthcare regulations and standards related to IT is a plus.,
