Acting as first point of contact, greeting visitors
Handle all front desk responsibility.
Coordination with all departments.
Coordinate for Courier.
Manage booking of meeting rooms.
Flight Ticket booking
Must be conversant with MS Excel
Good in communication skills in English and Hindi
Must have strong ad hoc decision- making abilities & Go Getter attitude
Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure
Pleasing personality & etiquettes
Maintenance of Petty cash Book & Cash handling
Inflow & outflow of billing and invoices
Reports on daily basis
Overall front desk management, call respond
The candidate should have pleasant personality with good communication skills.
