Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at PIONEER INTERIOR AND PROJECTS. The Project Manager having knowledge of Interior Fit out work and Trunkey interior designing, will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring project completion within budget. This role is based in Hyderabad but allows for some remote work flexibility. Qualifications Role: Finishes Engineer (Only Commercial Interior Project Execution) Experience: 3-4 Years (Trunkey Interior Company) Employment Type: Full-time Salaried Job Description: At Least 3 Years of experience as Engineer Finishes (Trunkey Interior Company) Having well experience in especially in interior finishes work for commencement of project to completion of Project. Strong ability in utilisation of resources of Indent Trunkey Interior Works material (including Electricals, HVAC, FAPA etc.) Strong operational excellence experience especially communication with Site Engineers, work execution and maintain co ordinal relationship with Client and understanding work certainty. Acceptable with New Challenges, shall have competence to execute all kind of challenges towards workmen, Vendors, PMCs and to sort site level issues with proper bonding with client and at work. Site coordination with Site concerned Managers/Supervisors for indent follow up. Good and strong Knowledge regarding Interior Works Material in costing, estimating and procuring to site in time. Shall Responsible for overall tasks from Materials Indents to Complete Project Handing Over to Client including Vendor Bills Certification, our Bills (from RA Bill up to Final Bill) Certification at PMCs, Clients as well. Good Communication Skill with provision of local Language (Telugu). Shall have perception of Materials, Man-Hours wastage Optimizing ideology. Maintaining department records and reports. Must have strong analytical skills, able to work with minimal supervision and be highly motivated. Have the ability to effectively work in cross-functional team environment.
