Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile project management methodologies. You will work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for AI agent development. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless project execution. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Agile Methodology Implementation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies. Resource Allocation & Budgeting: Manage resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using KPIs, project management tools Jira, and AI development metrics. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure AI development follows ethical AI principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI, ML, or software development projects. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and AI model development lifecycle. Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with PM tools Jira, and Confluence. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certifications. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze project data, make data-driven decisions, and optimize workflows. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify challenges and proactively find solutions to ensure project success. Contract Duration: 3 Months,
