Job Summary: The Personal Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient operations and communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a willingness to travel both within and outside Delhi as needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MDs calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality. Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries for both domestic and international trips. Conduct research and compile data for special projects as needed. Act as a liaison between the MD and other staff, clients, or external partners. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment. Travel with the MD for meetings, conferences, and other engagements, as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Willingness to travel within and outside Delhi.
