Job Description

We are hiring for MNC at Jaipur location. 

We require graduated candidates with good communication skills. Freshers can also apply.

The job role will be as follows

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolution
  • Guide customers on issues based on provided guidelines.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive.

Requirements
Qualification : Any Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Work Location: Jaipur (Work from office)

Shift: Rotational Shift (24*7)
Week Off: 6 days working (1 day rotational week off)
