Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary, located in Vadodara. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for supporting the Client requirements in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. The role involves maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. The Assistant Company Secretary will also assist in preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs), as well as in the drafting of minutes and resolutions. They will liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors. Knowledge related to RBI and FEMA compliances and leading team for Legal Due Diligence would be an added advantage. Qualifications Experience in maintaining statutory books and registers Skills in preparing agendas, papers, minutes, and resolutions Knowledge of compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Strong communication skills to liaise with external regulators and advisers Ability to assist in the implementation of board decisions Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Relevant qualification in company secretarial practice or legal background is a plus,
