Job Description

As a Lead Software Developer (Back - End) at Pixis, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our AI-powered products and solutions. You will lead a team of talented software developers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of software developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using agile methodologies. Architect and develop software systems that leverage AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex problems. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in AI, software development, and related technologies. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, and/or data-driven applications. Proven experience in leading software development teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus,
