We are backed by investors like Blume Ventures, Peak XV Surge, Beenext, and Rainmatter. As a Director Product, you will be working towards the vision of making business easy for millions. You will be responsible for imagining and building the core procurement use-cases and experiences for businesses. This will involve a mix of strong product sense, first principles thinking, data analysis, platform product build and storytelling skills. You will lead a team of dedicated product managers. You would be responsible for identifying problems, prioritizing ideas and solving them through product right from problem discovery to conceptualization to launch. You should be comfortable carving out product strategy, defining OKRs for the team, helping build product roadmaps and setting up the right execution engine working with various stakeholders across data science, engineering, design and product teams. What Youll Do Devise Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact. Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives. Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time. Launch products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus. Stakeholder Management: Work with senior management in Procol in defining the strategy for your charter and collaborating with internal and external teams to bring the strategy into reality. What youll bring to the table: You understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking. You are an energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment. You are curious about metrics, execution processes, and macro trends. You have an analytical and data-driven approach to day-to-day work. Problem-solving and detail orientation come naturally to you. You have a strong product sense and have experience building 0-1 products. You have at least 3 years of hands-on software development experience. You have at least 5-6 years of experience in Product Management.
