- Position: Sales Analyst Data & Insights Location: Gurgaon Customer Segment: India Who We Are AuthBridge is Indias largest Authentication company, delivering cutting-edge technology and alternate data analysis for Identity Management, Onboarding & Verification, and Business Intelligence. We provide solutions across three verticals: BFSI Solutions Workforce Solutions Business Solutions The Challenge We are looking for a Sales Analyst who will be responsible for driving strategic insights by analyzing sales data, tracking market trends, and generating competitor insights to support our sales strategies. This role will focus on the sales team's performance through data analysis and insight generation, providing regular updates to the CSO, and ensuring targets are met. What Will You Do Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze sales performance data, trends, and competitor information to generate actionable insights and drive sales strategies. Competitor & Market Research: Conduct comprehensive competitor research and market mapping to identify opportunities and threats. Stay updated on competitor revenue and strategies. Sales Performance Review: Monitor and assess sales team performance against targets. Identify areas of improvement and propose actionable strategies to optimize performance. Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven updates to the CSO regarding sales team performance, competitor movements, and market trends. Forecasting & Revenue Analysis: Assist in revenue forecasting by analyzing historical data and current trends. Identify patterns and provide recommendations to improve overall sales outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on targets and strategies. Support sales managers in understanding performance metrics and developing action plans for growth. What You Need to Succeed Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales analysis, market research, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse and interpret sales data, perform competitor research, and generate insights that inform sales strategy. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior leadership. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation, reporting, and forecasting.
