Job Description
- Responsibilities Lead the interior design aspects of airport projects from conceptual development to completion Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to airport architecture and interior design Provide strategic design direction and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable airport spaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated design solutions Oversee the preparation and presentation of design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations Manage and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in airport interior design, and incorporate them into project designs Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is being implemented accurately during construction Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution Certification required Professional certification in Architecture or Interior Design Additional certifications in sustainable design or airport planning would be advantageous Experience 8 - 10 years of experience in architectural design and interior design specifically within the Airport industry Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers and architects Non-Negotiable Skills Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers and architects Thorough understanding of building regulations and codes related to airport facilities Excellent communication and presentation skills,
