    Trending Job Description Job Description: Handle the entire talent acquisition process assist in manpower planning, sourcing, scheduling, selection & candidate onboarding process. Induction of New Joiners Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them. Assist HR Head with New / evolving initiatives as and when requested. Actively plan & executive employee engagement activities as per the need. Conduct training needs analysis, and plan learning interventions as and when required. Coordinate training activities as per requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, cGMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMS and other & maintain record thereof. Oversee statutory compliances which includes preparation and submission of various returns and various statutes, including all the groundwork for audit readiness Contract Labour Management 9. To co-ordinate with HOD in day to day HR & Administration work. To supervise day to day administration like Security arrangement, Transport, Canteen, Linen etc. records under the Factories Act,1948. To assist for the preparation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and FSSC 22000. To assist overview pest control activities. To assist monitor personal hygiene of the employees. To assist monitor building & premises up-keeping To assist for organizing annual welfare functions like Annual day, Picnic, Dussherra puja, Sankranti puja, etc. To assist for interpretation of various committees such as Welfare, Canteen and Safety. To assist for keeping records related to training. To assist providing compliance to internal and external audit observations. To assist for preparing & submission of various returns. Co-ordination with HOD in arrangement of annual medical check-up. Ensuring Data Integrity. Signing of GMP records and documents. Responsibility for Producing Quality Products & Maintaining Quality. To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same. To implement QEHS policy & objectives. Ensure use of PPE. To identify & communicate incidents, QEHS non conformities, investigate and take corrective actions on the same. To ensure work permit system during maintenance activities. To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor. Authorized to Investigate work place related incidences, Near misses and Accidents. Authorized for reporting of Hazards, Incident, accidents and Near miss reporting.
