Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Oversee campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Manage digital ad budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation and maximum ROI. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies. Web Design & Optimization Lead the design, development, and maintenance of user-friendly, responsive websites. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure websites reflect the brand identity and engage users effectively. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility. Implement A/B testing and user feedback to improve website functionality and conversion rates. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and web design professionals. Ensure alignment between digital marketing and web design teams for seamless execution of campaigns and website updates. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners. Present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills Education B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma in Digital Marketing from a recognized institution. Experience 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles. Strong background in web design and development, with hands-on experience managing websites. Technical Skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, and SEMrush. Expertise in web design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify. Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI design principles, and website analytics.
