Profile Description You must be a great leader and creative person. You must be a Master at Sales & Customer Acquisition. You will actively be involved in the sales operation & revenue generation of the Mavenwit to acquire new clients for the organization from different geographics. Responsibilities A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company. Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports. Help in sustaining investor relations, fundraising and business development. Coordinate with the sales, & marketing teams to strengthen the revenue avenues and to build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects (OKRs etc) and work with stakeholders across functions. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organizations operational and fiscal function and performance. Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. Will actively be involved in revenue generation strategy, operations and implementation and will be working on new revenue avenues. Evaluate companys financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies. Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership. Requirements Past experience as a startup entrepreneur/founder or a senior product leader. Bachelors degree in business or related, MBA from top school preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to construct basic financial models and a hunger to get better at them. Intelligent with strong analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt and learn new things quickly. Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability and correctness. Naturally great at networking and building lasting relationships. Embodies a winning spirit, not easily defeated, and is positive and optimistic. A strong understanding of the startup ecosystem. Experience in people management and leadership roles. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Finance. Ability to inspire and galvanize multi-disciplinary teams. We Provide Fully remote flexible work environment - we dont look at when you log in, log out or how much time you work. Competitive Health, Dental, and Vision benefits. Compensation Stage 1: Equity + 10% Recurring Commissions from revenue + No compensation for the first 3-6 months. (Full-Time) You will be securing a revenue of at least $25k to $50k+/Month from the date of initial appointment to the next 3-6 months, once this milestone hits, the revenue numbers will keep on increasing based upon the company growth. Stage 2: Negotiable Handsome salary with amazing benefits once the Stage 1 is completed. Total Equity: Significant equity Note: I'm open to discussion regarding compensation in Stage 1 WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS Currently, Mavenwit valuation is $5M+, and we are not looking for any investment from the Co-Founder. Being a Co-Founder your equity will be negotiable for upto 30% in total, as a CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) Looking for a person who is passionate about Sales, Marketing, Growth Hacking & Brand Building.
