This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive effective marketing and impact showcase with the focus on fundraising, multi-channel growth and with cultivating donor relationships, and maximize impact of the organization Primary Responsibilities Strategic Development Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communication strategies to achieve fundraising goals and drive sustainable growth. Fundraising Management Lead fundraising Acquisition and donor management across streams - corporate CSR along with non-corporate (Trusts, Foundations, Endowments) and retail donations Donor Cultivation And Stewardship Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to deepen engagement, secure financial support, and enhance donor loyalty. Marketing Communications Integration Collaborate with the marketing communications team to integrate fundraising messaging and campaigns into overall marketing strategies and initiatives. Impact Measurement And Reporting Develop systems and processes to measure and evaluate the impact of fundraising efforts, track key performance indicators, and report on outcomes to stakeholders. Team Leadership And Management Provide leadership and direction to the development team, including setting goals, managing performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Budget Oversight Manage the development budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and financial targets. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with other departments and teams, including programs, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of development strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Candidate Requirement Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management (preferred) with fundraising, marketing and communications experience Minimum 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising development is required. experience in retail fund Raising preferred Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact to donors and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and initiatives. Knowledge of fundraising best practices, donor stewardship principles, and ethical standards in fundraising. Experience with donor management systems, fundraising software, and data analytics tools.
