Job Description
- Position: QC (Quality Control) Manager Department: Quality Assurance Reports To: Plant Head Location: Mahuvej Role Overview: The QC Head will oversee the quality control of manufactured products at Shish Industries Ltd., ensuring that all products meet established standards and specifications. This role includes managing compliance with relevant certifications, including ISO and other industry-specific standards, and maintaining robust documentation for audits and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Supervise and maintain quality standards for all manufactured products. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to meet customer requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues. Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant certifications. Plan, implement, and oversee certification processes, including audits and renewals. Develop and update quality manuals, SOPs, and documentation to align with certification standards. Process & System Implementation: Establish and monitor systems and processes to ensure consistency in product quality. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality practices and standards. Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control into operations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality checks, corrective actions, and process improvements. Prepare reports for management, highlighting quality performance metrics and improvement areas. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the QC team, ensuring continuous professional development. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Certifications: ISO Lead Auditor Certification is highly preferred.
