Job Description

    Oversee daily aviation fueling operations across multiple locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and strict compliance with global aviation fuel standards (JIG, IATA, etc.). Monitor and optimize fuel storage, handling, logistics, and distribution processes for cost- effective and high-quality service delivery. Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to enhance workforce efficiency and competency. Drive a strong safety culture, enforcing industry-leading best practices, risk management protocols, and incident prevention strategies. Goal to Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) to 0.5 per million hours worked. Ensure adherence to international aviation fueling regulations and environmental standards, liaising with regulatory agencies and airport authorities. Oversee safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness plans to minimize operational risks. Identify opportunities for infrastructure upgrades, technology adoption, automation, and process innovation to enhance service delivery. Explore new revenue streams through strategic partnerships with airlines, airports, fuel suppliers, and logistics providers. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize operational expenses while maintaining high safety and service standards. Drive profitability through service innovation, process improvements, and strategic collaborations. Drive talent development through structured training programs, certifications, and succession planning while ensuring training Effectiveness: and achieve a 100% safety training completion rate for all operational personnel. Promote an inclusive and performance-driven work culture, aligning employees with the companys growth objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Oil Marketing Companies, airline customers, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies. Act as a key representative in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen the companys market position. Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Bachelor of Engineering & MBA Additional certifications in aviation fuel management, safety, or supply chain optimization will be an advantage Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means Pass a background check and drug screen Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances in airport operations Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations,
