Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for the role of Head of Product and Business Strategy. This position will focus on creating disruptive products and solutions, formulating business strategies, implementing turnaround policies, and fast-tracking the expansion of our company. The ideal candidate will nurture strategic partnerships and build an ecosystem that enhances market visibility and accelerates lead generation. Strategic Leadership Collaborate with the CEO to develop a comprehensive growth strategy and business plan aligned with the company's vision and goals. Lead the product management function, focusing on the creation of innovative products and solutions that disrupt existing markets. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities while monitoring activities to ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives. Ensure timely responses to changing market conditions and customer needs to maintain competitive advantage. Operational Oversight Oversee multiple functions including Sales, Credit, Strategy/Planning, Collections, and overall Profit & Loss (P&L) management. Manage operations, credit controls, new product development, and risk management within Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Partnership Development Establish partnerships with fintech companies and accelerators to foster innovation through startup engagements. Strategize continuous improvement of digital experiences by leveraging industry trends to enhance usability and customer satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work collaboratively across business units to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models. Culture Development Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee learning, growth, and job satisfaction. Qualifications MBA or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field. Experience A minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), banks, and fintech sectors is preferred. Functional Competencies Strong operational perspective with a focus on maximizing productivity to achieve strategic targets. Deep understanding of market dynamics and company objectives for effective diagnosis of strengths and weaknesses. Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation. Behavioral Competencies Creative thinking with a forward-looking approach to innovation.
