Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating environments that enhance the lives of the people who inhabit them. As an Architect at One Roof Constructions, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions. Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their objectives Prepare drawings, renderings, and other visualizations to communicate design ideas Produce construction documents, including plans, sections, and details Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Participate in project meetings and presentations Contribute to the firms design process and help maintain a culture of creativity and innovation Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and other design software Strong design and graphic presentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with sustainable design principles is a plus If you are passionate about architecture and looking for an opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
