Space Planning: Develop and optimize layouts for functional and aesthetic excellence. Material Selection: Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with project goals. Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects. Skills and Qualifications: Design Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve design and technical challenges effectively. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for precision in design, documentation, and execution.
