- Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator L3 to join our dynamic IT team at G Telecom - Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to manage and optimize IT systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Linux OS Management : Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various Linux distributions (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu). Virtualization : Proficient in managing virtualization technologies like KVM, Hyper-V, and VMware. Disk & Filesystem Management : Expertise in LVM, RAID types, file system configurations, and troubleshooting. Network & Firewall Administration : In-depth knowledge of Linux networkingIPTables, and CSF firewalls. Web Server & Database Management : Experience with Apache/Nginx web servers and MySQL/MariaDB database management. Control Panels : Experience with cPanel, Plesk, and managing hosting environments for multiple domains. DNS Troubleshooting : Deep understanding of DNS servers, DNS records, and domain management. Desired Skills & Experience Windows Server Knowledge (Optional) : Familiarity with Windows Server OS (2008/2012/2016/2019), IIS, Active Directory, and Windows Firewall, Support & Troubleshooting : Expertise in Tier I and Tier 2 support, issue diagnosis, and resolution of both hardware and software problems. System Optimization : Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning. In-depth Troubleshooting : Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex IT system issues and providing detailed analysis to management. Qualifications Solid experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based systems. (min 12-15 years) Understanding of server hardware, software integration, and system architecture.
