- Pricing Process Analyst TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS family consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA. About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Pricing Process Analyst to become a part of our operations team. This is a permanent role based at our head office in Manchester with hybrid or remote working depending on location. The role will focus on supporting and being responsible for the design, creation and implementation of pricing solutions into procurement platforms across the wider business. Working closely with our Technical Services and Data & Analytic teams, you will take control of pricing and catalogue support activities within a combination of business as usual and new client implementations. Some day to day responsibilities Consult and engage stakeholders across the business to ensure effective operational delivery of pricing strategies Support coordination of key contract and commercial events necessitating system and process updates Pricing uploads for implementation of new pricing strategies Stress testing the procurement platform to ensure it supports pricing delivery across multiple client contracts SME for queries from administrative teams related to catalogue pricing. Process Improvement of Client Pricing Delivery Support for operational software releases, communicate with Reporting and Data engineering colleagues Handling queries on how to implement pricing methodology throughout the Procurement platform About you If you have an analytical background, have worked within a pricing analyst position, and ideally have experience working within an outsourcing business, we feel this role would be a good fit you. Other beneficial key skills could include: Experience of translating a client / Internal brief into a reporting solution Preparation of accurate, sensitive and business critical information Previous experience in delivering against tight commercial timelines / project requirements Experience in manipulating data as well as recognising and resolving data irregularities Experience in Project management principles and delivery Any experience within the following software would be beneficial- Mtivity Procurement Software.
