Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking. Responsibilities Network Design & Planning: Lead the design and architecture of the organization's network, ensuring it meets current and future business needs, scalability, and security requirements. Network Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment of network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network/ network security devices. Network Security: Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices, including firewall rules, intrusion detection, and vulnerability assessments & mitigation.( Palo alto, Fortinet etc ) Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and efficiency.( IP SLA rules and SD wan Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex network issues, working closely with the team to diagnose and address connectivity, routing, and security problems. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations etc. Project Management: Lead network-related projects, from planning and design to execution and evaluation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Capacity Planning: Analyze network capacity and plan for future growth and expansion based on organizational needs. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of network administrator providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal network performance and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area 3 - 4 years" of experience with network administration CCNP, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA-Junos, VCP-NV, AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate.,
