    Job Profile: Business Development Executive Team Leader Position: Business Development Executive Team Leader Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Telecommunications / Internet Service Provider (ISP) Location: Noida Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive Team Leader to drive sales, build customer relationships, and lead a team to expand our presence in the ISP and telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base. Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, residential customers, and businesses in need of high-speed internet solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and recommend innovative strategies. Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and market opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2-5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Telecom/ISP, Banks, or NBFC). Proven experience in team leadership, sales strategy, and customer relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
