Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, preferably a female candidate. Job Description * Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. HR Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management and vendor coordination. Organize and maintain employee records and general office documentation. Manage office equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Ensure timely processing of employee salary and benefits.,
