Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Kalyan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing the branch staff, developing business strategies to increase loan portfolio growth, and Collections. ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Experience in financial services or banking industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement business strategies Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Proven track record of achieving targets and goals,
