Achieve Sales Targets: Own and meet/exceed the annual sales targets.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Canons customer base across India.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Lead Sales Team: Effectively lead and manage a team of 2-5 people to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Communication & Presentations: Present product offerings, demonstrate value propositions, and communicate effectively to potential and existing customers.
New Customer Development: Identify new customers, expand market reach, and build new relationships in the diagnostic imaging sector.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduation from a recognized university/college.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the diagnostic imaging market in India.
Prior experience in a sales role (Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales & Marketing Manager) within the diagnostic imaging industry.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Preference: Diagnostic Medical Imaging Industry.
