Job Description
- Role : Product Owner Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to align with business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and requirements. Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams Plan and prioritize product releases, considering dependencies, risks, and resource availability. Participate in sprint planning meetings to define sprint goals, select user stories, and refine requirements. Define acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring they are clear, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. Work closely with the development team to ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and acceptance criteria. Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process, incorporating feedback and lessons Required : Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. (ref:hirist.tech),
