Company Description Urgent Hiring for R&D Executive for pharmacuetical company (API) which is a global research-oriented pharmaceutical company with a vision to take science to market. Headquartered in Mumbai, with a distinguished history spanning over five decades. With multiple advanced API and intermediate manufacturing facilities in Vapi, Gujarat, the company fully integrates its core product lines, encompassing the entire value chain from production to finished formulations. Role Description R&D Executive 1) To conduct experiments in R&D for development of process technology for new product 2) To conduct experiments in R&D for improvement, trouble shooting in existing and new product 3) Literature review and design of experiment for development of product. 4) Follow departmental & other concern department SOP to ensure compliance of regulatory requirement. 5) Training to contract worker for routing housekeeping and cleaning in department. 6) Routine data compilation and discussion of trail results with superior to plan further development plan. 7) To maintain chemical and stationary stock required for routine work in R&D. 8) To conduct scale up & validation batches at pilot plant for new products. 9) To prepare Technology transfer documents for new product from R&D to pilot plant. Experience:- 02 to 08 Years Salary Range:- 3 to 6 LPA Qualifications Research and Development (R&D) skills Experience in the Pharma API industry is a must Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Organic Chemistry,
