Provide 24 x 7 support to incidences for all CS and IMS Nodes ERICSSON MSS AXE810, MGW R6/R9, BC-SIS, BC-BSP, ASBC/PSBC, IMC/TAS/SBC, Open Stack cloud, MRF across VIL network adhering to SLA agreed to achieve maximum network and service uptime

Required Candidate profile

Provide expert level support for the critical incidents happening in the network.
Ensure Corrective and Preventive actions through incident management
