Job Description

Implementation & administration of ManageEngine / SERVICENOW / BMC workflows.
Manageengine ITSM, ITAM and ITOM modules (Enterprise Service Desk, Op Manager, App Manager, AD360, VM+).
Use CI configuration. Configuring ITOM thresholds.
ITIL Certified.

Required Candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech Diploma in Computers OR Electronics, BCA, MCA.
Good track-record in providing customer service & managing relationships
Knowledge of use any ITSM tools.
PREFERABLE SKILLS: Networks, etc
