Position: Program Manager Location: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra Experience: 2-3 years in the development sector Educational Qualification: MSW, Rural Development, Development Studies, or related fields Remuneration: As per industry standards Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate the ground-level team in alignment with the Head Office. 2. Identify emerging opportunities from the field and design programs in consultation with the HO. 3. Facilitate convergence with relevant institutions and stakeholders. 4. Build the capacity of the team under your supervision. 5. Regularly monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to the HO/donors through presentations, monthly reports, and progress reports. 6. Conduct regular field visits to ensure the effective implementation of projects. Desired Skills: 1. Proven experience in managing teams in a rural setting. 2. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently. 3. Proficiency in institutional convergence and stakeholder engagement. 4. Excellent soft skills in report writing and familiarity with tools such as Canva and AI-based platforms.
