Who Were Looking For: Were seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical direction of our company. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong background in cryptography or cybersecurity, and the desire to scale a deep tech startup from the ground up. We need a leader who is both a builder and a visionary, ready to take ownership of the technical roadmap and shape the future of cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Scalability: Architect, develop, and deploy quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions for B2B enterprise customers. Hands-On Development: Lead by example through hands-on coding, system design, and troubleshooting to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solutions. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a world-class engineering team as we scale operations. Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the founding team to drive the companys technical vision and roadmap, particularly in Post-Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Cryptography, Cybersecurity. Innovation & Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges with innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions that align with our deep tech vision. Investor Support: Partner with the leadership team during fundraising to present a compelling technical roadmap and product vision to potential investors. What You Bring: Expertise in Cryptography & Cybersecurity: Strong knowledge of Post-Quantum Cryptography, cryptographic protocols, and secure software development practices. Full-Stack Development Skills: Proficiency in backend technologies like Python, Java, Node.js, and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential. Entrepreneurial Experience: Prior experience in a startup environment is highly valued. Failed ventures are welcome your lessons learned matter more than success stories. Ownership & Accountability: This is a founder-level role, requiring full ownership of the technology roadmap.
