- Role Overview: The CTO cum Co-founder will be a visionary leader responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and execution. This role combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit to shape the companys future, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation and competitive in the market. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the overall technology vision, aligning it with the companys business objectives and long-term goals. Innovation & R&D: Drive the development of cutting-edge products and services, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Technology Roadmap: Architect and execute a robust technology roadmap that supports scalability, security, and efficiency. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team, including the CEO and other co-founders, to align technology strategies with business needs. Stakeholder Communication: Represent the technology function in discussions with investors, partners, and board members, articulating technical concepts in business terms. Technology Governance: Ensure best practices in software development, data management, and security are upheld, aligning with industry standards and regulations. Market & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the companys offerings. Qualifications: Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a track record of success in high-growth environments. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and cybersecurity. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience in a startup or high-growth company, with the ability to balance risk and innovation. Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and navigate market changes. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business language for stakeholders. Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in leading technology teams at renowned tech companies such as TCS, Infosys, or Zoho. - Hands-on experience with large-scale systems and a strong grasp of agile development methodologies. - A background in both product development and operations, ensuring a balance between innovation and reliability. This role is ideal for a technology leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to shape the future of a growing company by leveraging technology to drive business success.,
