Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Experience of carrying out computational fluid analysis. Good understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) theory and practices. Good understanding of performance characteristics of mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, engines, etc. Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals. Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis approach with appropriate boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria. Ability to interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations. Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation. Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining. Team player. Requirements Experience and Skills Required: Exp. Range - 2 to 4 Years. Qualification - ME / MTech (Thermal /Automotive/Aerospace Engineering) Good Mechanical Engineering fundamentals. Mandatory proficiency in CFD tools: Hands on experience on StarCCM+, Spaceclaim, Cool 3D and Kuli. Good to Have ANSYS Fluent, OpenFoam, C++, Python Good exposure of Multiphase analysis & Cavitation Analysis Added advantage. Exposure to engine / engine sub-system analysis preferred Added advantage. Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals (Mechanics, Stress, Vibration, Fatigue, Plasticity, Heat Transfer, Machine Design). Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging, and machining. Good verbal and written communication skills, Good Team Player. Good skills in MS-office tools. Ability to create reports and documentation.,
