- Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of 100+ engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Drive the modernization of legacy systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Oversee the technology stack, including modern backend and frontend frameworks, data science, and ML tools. Lead the adoption and implementation of advanced AI technologies across functions, driving innovation, efficiency, and business impact. Champion the use of AI-driven solutions to enhance user experiences, optimize processes, and maintain a competitive edge. Align technology strategy with business goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders. Spearhead innovation and product development to drive user engagement and conversion. Attract, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, building a high-performance team culture. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 1420 years in technology leadership roles within fast-paced, innovative environments. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams, with a focus on talent development and team engagement. Proven experience of working with founders. Technical Expertise: Strong background in system architecture, backend technologies, frontend frameworks and data science. AI and Technology Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging advanced AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation across functions and the organization. Proven ability to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes at scale. Stakeholder Collaboration: Skilled in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and managing cross-functional partnerships. Education: Bachelors/Masters from Tier I colleges Location: This role require the leader to be based in Mumbai.
