Job Description: Lead- EV components
Name of the Post : Job Code Lead- EV components
Reporting to: Head Electrical Electronics
Qualification : B Tech in Electronics engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Office Hours : (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
Working days : Mon Friday (5 days Week)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer requirement (SOR) & submission of technical proposals to customers.
- Design and Development of power electronics products along with IOT applications, like battery swapping solutions, Battery management systems, Isolated inverters circuits.
- Design and development of future technology like incorporating FuSa in battery management systems and motor control units, wireless battery management systems, new battery, and cell technologize, and its efficient control algorithms and circuits.
- Designing of Circuit logics & Circuit-Diagram; with good knowledge of PCB guidelines.
- Very proficient in semiconductor component selection such as MOSFET, Capacitors, Magnetic Components, controllers, controlling ICs, BJT, etc.
- Resolve complex design challenges by analyzing worst-case analysis including the PCB layout, component selection criteria, interfacing circuits, temperature variations etc.
- Responsible for complete design stage including initial mass-production lot submissions.
- Charged with establishing or expanding validation labs.
Skills Requirements-
- Proven record of product design & development in the automotive industry (Products in Power Electronics is must).
- Knowledge and exposure to various electronics manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
- Thorough knowledge of tools such as OrCAD with PSpice
- Should know about PCB Layout and component placement guidelines.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC standards and guidelines.
- Exposure regarding Thermal-Management about Power Devices.
- Passion and curiosity for challenging technical problems.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in engineering would be preferred with special focus on electronics/electrical engineering.
- Hands on experience in testing equipment and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of vehicle regulations and their implication on components.
- Good strategic orientation to understand future trends and keep readiness with POC.
- Good experience over cost optimization to give component a competitive edge over competitors.
- Good understanding of Patent and IP issues.
- Able to build highly capable teams and keep iteration rate minimum.
- Good interpersonal skills.
