A) Job Description:

Name of the Post : Lead- System integration

Reporting to : Head of Electrical & Electronics

Qualification : B Tech in Electronics engineering

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Regular Office Hours: (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)

Working days: Mon Friday (5 days Week)

B) Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer requirement (SOR) & submission of Techno-Commercial proposals to customers.
• Working with the hardware and software team to ensure proper integration and ensuring design solution is as per RFQ/SOR.
• Creating primary specification documents based on the SOR/RFQ.
• Ensuring technical deliveries from various internal R&D stakeholders by meeting Q and T.
• Coordination with the validation team for making DVP and delivery of trouble-free components.
• Conducting Design review and system DFMEA.
• Customer visits and application engineering.

C) Skills Requirements-

• Hands on experience of embedded hardware and software.
• Experience with CAN and LIN and other IVN communication protocols.
• Hands on experience of working on CAN and other related tools.
• Knowledge and exposure to various manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of tools such as OrCAD with PSpice.
• Should know about PCB Layout and component placement guidelines.
• Understanding of EMI/EMC standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of Vehicle regulations, component regulations, and standards.
• Knowledge of working with different 8/16/32 bit MCU architectures from different semiconductor manufacturers like Microchip, Renesas and NXP.
• Hands-on experience on testing equipments and instrumentation.
• Good strategic orientation to understand future trends of vehicle and to drive R&D to keep readiness with POC.
• Good understanding of Patent and IP issues.
• Able to build highly capable team and keep iteration rate minimum.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of various components of vehicle and its interfaces with other components.
• Knowledge of various customer usage and abuses on the vehicle and component level.
• Knowledge of vehicle regulations and their implication on components.
