- Job Title: Project Manager Chetana Empowerment Foundation Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month Experience: Minimum 10 years in the NGO sector Location: Chetana Happy Village, Shamwadi Palshi, Chh Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Job Description: Chetana Empowerment Foundation is looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage various projects aimed at empowering communities. The candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of our projects, ensuring alignment with the foundations mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects within the NGO sector, including education, digital wellness, and mental wellness programs. Develop project plans, track progress, and report outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure proper logistics. Address challenges, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes. Engage with communities and implement impactful awareness campaigns. Prepare comprehensive reports and proposals for stakeholders and funding bodies. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience working in the NGO sector with proven project management skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. Passionate about social causes and committed to making a positive impact.
