JOB DESCRIPTION ARE AS FOLLOWS : Initiating outbound feedback calls to clients to actively solicit feedback on the client's experience with their insurance policy, service quality, and overall satisfaction with the broker's support, aiming to identify areas for improvement and strengthen the client relationship. Attending mails from clients and sales team for reimbursements and acknowledge Manage claims team Zoho updating on client feedback and claims.( Training will be provided ) Handling escalation calls from clients. Follow up for reimbursement Acknowledgement emails to the client on feedback and claims. Mediator between client and insurer on approvals on medical treatment. Candidate with knowledge of Medical terms is preferred.
