How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn I will contribute by aligning sales teams, business groups, and customers on technological needs, ensuring cohesive understanding of the product portfolio. I will actively gather and analyze competitive feedback to drive continuous improvement in product offerings and market positioning. I will support sales activities by providing critical insights into emerging technology trends, strengthening the companys market argumentation. I will guide the development and implementation of product portfolio strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and market needs. I will learn how to craft and implement innovative solutions to address complex internal and external business challenges. I will gain deeper insights into financial KPIs (P&L) and how strategic decisions impact overall financial performance. I will refine my ability to define and implement processes and standards, ensuring operational efficiency across departments. I will strengthen my leadership skills, learning to influence strategic decisions and lead teams to achieve excellence in a global or regional context. Key Skills And Experience You have: 15 plus years of extensive experience in aligning cross-functional teams and business groups with product and technology strategies. Expertise in competitive analysis, product portfolio management, and driving strategic decisions to sustain competitive advantage. Proven ability to lead the implementation of product strategies and define processes that enhance operational efficiency. Strong background in financial management, with a focus on optimizing P&L performance through strategic initiatives. It would be nice if you also had: Advanced knowledge of change management to lead teams through transitions and ensure smooth execution of new strategies. Proficiency in data analytics tools to assess market trends and measure the effectiveness of product strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Familiarity with digital transformation and innovation, allowing for the integration of emerging technologies into business practices.
