Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous Software Tester with expertise in manual and automated testing to ensure our product meets high standards of quality and performance. You will take ownership of the testing process, collaborating closely with our team to deliver a robust and scalable product. Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing: Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts; identify bugs and performance issues. Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts; integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Performance Testing: Conduct tests to evaluate scalability and responsiveness. Bug Tracking: Use tools like JIRA to log, manage, and prioritize defects. Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure product quality. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Software Tester in a startup environment. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, JMeter). Familiarity with bug tracking tools and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: 3+ years experience in core software testing Experience in testing web applications or logistics software. Knowledge of programming languages for test automation. Understanding of web technologies.
